He holds an executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati Business School and a MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Prior to leading PregnanTech, David was the medical director of multidisciplinary collaboration platforms at Sheba Medical Center, assigned to proactively align physicians and engineers from the Israeli medical industry and academia to develop cost-effective, innovative medical technology solutions to meet pressing clinical problems. He has extensive experience in inventing, innovating and developing new medical technologies.

Dr. Kardish previously served as CEO of Clal Life Sciences, an R&D center supporting emerging life sciences companies; CEO of UroGyn; and Business Development Manager at Rafael Development Corporation. She joined The Trendlines Group’s management team in 2011 and subsequently served as CEO of Trendlines Incubators Israel and Vice President of The Trendlines Group.
Dr. Kardish brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the HealthTech and AgriFoodTech sectors, with extensive expertise in venture capital, product development, technology transfer, venture building, and company scale-up.

She brings over ten years of experience in medical devices, specializing in managing international clinical trials and regulatory submissions. During her tenure in a leading regulatory affairs consulting company, Nufar has monitored and managed multiple clinical trials for a variety of medical device companies, while collaborating with medical teams worldwide.

Guy possesses significant experience both in start-ups and in large companies. As part of R&D teams he supported clinical trials side by side to product development and later established a start-up’s first production line outside of Israel. Guy also gained experience in large-scale production as part of the New-Product-Industrialization department in Philips Healthcare.

Has over 20 years of experience as a scientific consultant, working with startups and in conducting and coordinating clinical trials including in the NICU and obstetrics wards. 

She is currently completing a J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania. She possesses significant knowledge on the social impact and significance of developing women’s healthcare in the United States.
